This was supposed to be for the competition that PersephoneStock had called "Bring litrature to life"....I did not have time to finish before deadline.
This is on of my favorit storys when I was little.
Dimmalimm is a very well known and much loved Icelandic children's book written and illustrated by painter Guðmundur Thorsteinsson. It tells the simple story of a sweet young princess, Dimmalimm, who visits a beautiful swan every day and cares very much for him. She is deeply saddened when she one day arrives at the swan's pond to find him dead. However, a beautiful young prince tells her that he was the swan, under a spell put on him by a wicked witch. Now Dimmalimm's love has lifted the spell, so he can be himself again.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
